- Day 1:
Pick up from Nairobi international airport and transfer to Nairobi National Park. This unique camp is the only camp within the Nairobi National Park which is home to a broad range of wildlife. It is one of the few parks in East Africa where you have an excellent chance of sighting the rare black rhinoceros.
- Day 2:
After breakfast we depart from Nairobi National Park and transfer to the nearby Wilson Airport for the 50 minute morning flight at 10 a.m to the Mara. You’ll be met at the airstrip and the camp. Settle into your tent and enjoy lunch prepared by the camp chef. Afternoon game drive, followed by a sundowner at a scenic spot. Return to camp for a shower, dinner and overnight Ilkeliani Tented Camp.
- Day 3:
Awake to the natural sounds of the Mara’s birdlife. Leave camp soon after dawn to explore and lookout for elephants, buffalo, giraffe, plains game and the big cats. You will have a bush breakfast out in the wilds and then return to camp for lunch. In the afternoon you will have another game drive with a sundowner at a scenic spot followed by a night game drive with spotlights to search for nocturnal animals, before heading back to camp for dinner.
- Day 4:
After breakfast leave camp and drive through, game-viewing as you go, and on to Olare Motorogi Conservancy arriving at the camp for lunch. Afternoon game drive in the Conservancy, away from the minibuses and tourist vehicles seen in the reserve, and with an excellent chance of sighting lions, cheetahs and leopards all of which are found in the conservancy. Sundowner and night game drive. Overnight at the Porini Lion Camp.
- Day 5:
A full day spent on a game drive in the famous Masai Mara Reserve with a picnic lunch in the park and then return to the Camp late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the Camp Porini Lion Camp.
- Day 6: *Optional Balloon Safari and Champagne Breakfast.
Final early morning game drive in the Conservancy and then drive into the reserve to the Ol Kiombo airstrip to fly back on the 11am flight to Wilson Airport in Nairobi, arriving at around 12.05h. On arrival transfer to JKIA for flight back home
- Day 8:
Early morning game drive followed by breakfast. Transfer to the airstrip for flight to Nairobi. Met and transfer to JKIA or to a Nairobi hotel (hotel not included but available at a supplement). Alternatively, extend your safari with optional Extra Nights or an optional beach extension.
